Southfacing use the London Renewables Toolkit to assess new developments against Local Authority planning requirements and in London the GLA’s London Plan. Adhering to the Mayor’s of London’s Energy Hierarchy, our services include size and cost estimations for the renewable or low carbon technologies investigated.

We also use a number of detailed calculations methodologies developed in house, and through joint ventures, to provide a complete assessment of the appropriate renewable and low carbon technologies.
