A BREEAM International assessment on the refurbishment of this historic building in central Stockholm. Previously the Adolf Fredriks girls’ school, the building is of significant architectural interest having been constructed in 1910 in the Art Nouveau style. The building has been sensitively refurbished into a boutique hotel for the Nobis hotel group and provides 92 guest rooms as well as restaurant, bar and conference facilities. The building achieved a BREEAM Very Good rating at both Design and Post Construction stages.
